In white color industries are higher education, financial services & information technology etc and in blue color industries railway workshop, petroleum, paper mills. Tourism Minister Desley Boyle, who has recently returned from international trips to entice overseas visitors to Queensland amid a tourism dowturn, will announce the campaign this morning at Parliament House.

The Rugby League World Cup, held in Australia this year as part of the Centenary of League celebrations, kicks off on October 25. An interim Australian squad will be picked on August 1.Coach Ricky Stuart said there were no certainties for selection."Players can still be added or dropped after we pick the August 1 squad, so everyone still needs to be on notice for the rest of the season.

Unlike Australian Fashion Week, which is an industry-only event, the Sydney Fashion Festival - similar to those held in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth - is open to the public. More than 80 local designers will send their latest collections down the catwalk during the five-day event. Organizer Simon Lock hopes targeting consumers directly will give the industry a much-needed boost during the spring-summer sales period."Spring-summer collections are the most important," Mr Lock said."It represents about 70 per cent of their [the designers] business by the time the collections are launched in store in about August, and it follows through to the Christmas period.
